Moody’s Corporation and Google Cloud join forces to to combine financial analysis expertise with advanced generative AI, accelerating financial insights as well as data summarisation.
The partnership between Moody’s – a global integrated risk assessment firm – and Google focuses on three key objectives:
Developing specialised LLMs for faster financial analysis
Utilising Google Cloud’s gen AI platform, Vertex AI, and leveraging Moody’s analytical expertise, the collaboration aims to create tailored large language models (LLMs) designed for financial experts. These models will also enable customers to conduct quicker and more in-depth analyses of financial reports and disclosures, facilitating direct access to decision-ready insights.
Accessing Moody’s data via BigQuery for financial insights
Moody’s will grant access to its exclusive datasets through Google Cloud’s serverless data warehouse, BigQuery. This integration empowers customers to merge Moody’s extensive databases with their own data resources, enhancing the capabilities of LLMs in Vertex AI. This synergy also enables the development and utilisation of AI models, resulting in increased efficiency and customised solutions for financial professionals.
Improving enterprise search for financial data
Moody’s plans to introduce Vertex AI Search to streamline manual processes and integrate multiple datasets, simplifying data aggregation, providing deeper insights, and enhancing overall productivity.
