EBANX Partners with Bancolombia to Streamline Digital Payments in Colombia


EBANX, a global fintech company specialising in payment solutions for emerging economies, has announced a strategic partnership with Bancolombia bank to integrate payment method Botón Bancolombia into its array of payment options in Latin America.

This collaboration aims to enhance the digital banking experience in Colombia, enabling convenient access to the global digital commerce market, boosting conversion rates, and improving payment processing efficiency.

Botón Bancolombia, designed by Bancolombia bank, will now be available to over 19 million individual customers, including more than 10 million active digital users. This payment method allows users to make secure bank transfers when purchasing products and services online across various digital commerce sectors such as streaming, SaaS, gaming, travel and online retail.

EBANX merchants have the opportunity to integrate Botón Bancolombia into their checkout process, offering a simplified payment option to customers with Bancolombia accounts. Additionally, recurring payment features are set to become available in Q2 of 2024, further improving the payment experience for digital commerce customers with subscription services.
